How do we commercialize our sustainability investments?

Background
With more than 55.000 staff and 400.000 customers, Elis is one of the world’s largest facility and hospitality services providers. They’re also an industry leader when it comes to sustainability, but they weren’t broadly recognized as such.
 
Solution
Together with Elis Denmark and Elis’ global HQ, we developed a new brand. “Again” connects Elis’ multiple sustainability initiatives into one compelling narrative and logo. This allows Elis to boost sustainability communication across sectors and regions—and to showcase their commitment and offerings in everything from campaigns to clothing tags.

We knew we needed to strengthen our sustainability branding but weren’t sure how best to move forward. Klausen and Partners helped us from strategy to execution and shaped a clear and impactful solution. 'Again' brings our sustainability initiatives together, makes them more accessible for customers and staff, and provides a strong foundation for our communication. It has since also been embraced by our global organization.
